In 2022 we upgraded all of our games sites to https (i.e. secure) pages. Some of our older sites are also getting a fresh design, look and feel. If you are having any issues with the new sites or pages, we would very much like to hear from you.

If you are contacting us about an issue, to save time and a round of emails where we ask you the following questions, please include the following details about your setup when you first email us:

• The kind of device you are using (e.g. PC, Laptop, Phone, Tablet)
• The make of device (Apple, Dell, Samsung)
• Which browser you are using (e.g. Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari)
• The version number of the browser you are using - this is very important (see where to find this info)
• The approximate year of manufacture of your device
• Any screenshots (or a quick phone video) of the problem you are having
